Abhorrent Customer Service

This has been my last issue with Rite Aid as I won't be shopping with them anymore. This store is kingpin of attitudes in the drive-through, which took them 10 minutes today and then they "lost" the order as they sent it through the drive-through receptacle. I called again and they ignored me, when they finally picked up it was a different "pharmacist" who couldn't spell the name right at all for the script. Every time I come here to pick up my girlfriends birth control they gave me nothing but terrible attitudes and poor service - coincidence?

This is the most clean, organized, and friendly Rite Aid I have ever been to! The aisle floors are gleaming. Great locations for products, and if you can't find something, the staff helps you right away. The pharmacy team also does a great job, always have prescriptions ready when they say they well. Cashier always smiles and greets you when you enter the store. 

Kudos to the manager and staff for a wonderful store.
