Rite Aid

It is a great, clean and very friendly store, but lately, I have noticed huge turn over in their pharmacy and are very understaffed. Like sometimes only two people working at a time having to help people dropping of prescriptions, filling them, answering the phone, assist in customer questions, servicing the drive thru and cashing people out. Couple of times I have ordered prescriptions that were to be ready same day, but would go to pick them up the next, tell me they are not ready, and then have to wait like 15 minutes for them . While waiting, I see people come for their medications and tell them they are not ready and the customers say, they were to be ready for this time. You can see the Pharmacists working diligently but are struggling to keep up with the demand from the store. I don't know if this is the doing of Walgreen's buying them (where their pharmacies are always understaffed, and have run into a rude pharmacist at the Warren Avenue location so left there) but it is not fair to their pharmacists having to work under these conditions or to the customers. As stated, it is my neighborhood pharmacy, and prefer them a thousand times over cvs and Walgreen's, but corporate needs to not be so cheap and meet the supply and demand of workers to handle their customers.

Store is great, always clean and easy to find what I need. Employee named Josh is always helpful.
