Rite Aid

Most of ladies are very 👍 nice. Sometimes a few give ya a look like your a drugs....which piss me off because I don't ask to take I'm told what to take

Pharmacy: Unprofessional, Lazy, Rude, Incompetent. Cannot do anything right or on time. Worse: Staff does not care; they look at your like you are insane for expecting a minimal level of service - i.e, text says it's filled, but when you get there it's not. But, I am going back, I will contact Rite Aid Corporate regularly until it's fixed. Schodack deserves better, especially with the medical complex one minute away from this pharmacy. Store is great, lots of stuff, lots of good sales. Store staff is excellent as well. Ovella is terrific; one gold star is deserved, just for her.

I don't think I've ever visited this pharmacy without something going wrong. The credit card machines, losing my information, not being able to pull me up in their computer, losing my insurance, asking me if I have ever visited this pharmacy when I've been coming for 2 years!!!! I don't know why though. I'm finally switching to CVS. Good riddance.

We've used this pharmacy ever since moving to the area 4 years ago. Our family has never had any issue with the staff that others have posted, either in the pharmacy or in the store. Occasionally they have to wait on a restock of meds, but it has never taken longer than a day or 2.

This place is horrible needs to get its act together never has anything in stock always an excuse for everything.
