Rite Aid

Employees are not friendly. They need to hire younger people because it's always an old lady who is super slow and mean. They make up new rules for using a coupon every time you go there. Even if it's just 2. The employees at this store seems to be Not properly trained how to use the barcode scanner. They just shake it around until it sticks. Most shelf tags are never there. You have to guess the item is on sale or ask to scan for price which in turn you have to wait in their long line. Most times the employees never double bag the heavy stuff when the bag is so tiny and thin. This is the closet store to me but I prefer to go to a store furthest away from me or go to cvs. I like rite aid but this store.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! They are horrible. They leave lines at the window outside for 15 minutes because they don't tell people they need to pull forward while their script is being filled. I only went through the drive thru because I have a sick 3 month old I didn't want to have to drag in and out of the car. I have had to call in complaints because they do not hand you your credit card back. They just throw it in the bag. Horrible customer service.
