Rite Aid

I just spent 2.5 hours of my Saturday trying to send a WU international money transfer. Repeated calls to WU from the kiosk and my own phone so WU could fix the issue were of no avail once we got to the cashier. WU insisted at each of the 7 attempts that it had to be the Rite Aid system's problem. The staff was nice enough but are in complete denial and ignorance that there is anything wrong with their system, and kept transferring the blame. They need to get their heads out of the sand and come to grips with the fact that it is not perfect and may indeed need some updating. The situation should be investigated in order to spare any more customer exasperation and extreme inconvenience. After the final frustrating attempt, I drove up to the Hamburg TOPS which was able to complete my transaction smoothly and quickly on the first try. So my message is to save yourself hours of misery and frustration... DO NOT try to do an international money transfer here, the system is inadequate and/or outdated, and they cannot help you.
