Rite Aid

At 9pm I walked in to buy some Christmas decorations. I watch a woman lose her cool with the manager. She had asked me a question about his location minutes before and I could see she was coming in hot and ready to fight and it wasn’t going to end well for the poor guy. Just wanted to be sure the manager got props for his professional and courteous manner in which he handled a situation that made everyone in the vicinity uncomfortable. It seems to be a hot spot for hot heads, but the staff has always be so nice. It’s one of the cleanest stores in the area. If you’re up for Rite Aid and in a good mood, it’s definitely worth a trip!

I wouldnt have time to list all of the horrible things this pharmacy has done. I have a prescription that is somewhat controlled and you are only allowed to get 1 month at a time. Well, I went home with my prescription monthly and could not figure out why i was short. Well, i came home one month and counted the pills right out of the bag. The bag was stapled closed and went right from the pharmacists hands to mine. I WAS 10 PILLS SHORT OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE!!! THEN, since they were close to my house, i figured i would just use them for basic prescriptions. I dropped off a prescription for a skin medication, they were out and they said they were on order and it would be in tomorrow. Went back the next day and they were not there had to go back on the THIRD day. THEN, i went to a DIFFERENT rite aid (post road milford, CT across from the mall area) and dropped of a prescription. The girl said, "let me look to see if its in stock" she came back and said it is in stock but they were busy and i would have to wait 20 minutes. I said fine because i did not live close by, i just waited in the store. Came back in 20 minutes, there was a LOT of confusion and dumbfounded looks by the employees. IT WAS NOT IN STOCK!!! Retards. It was about an HOUR AND A HALF before i got out of there. I left with 3 pills of the name brand (even though my RX was for generic) and STILL had to come back. Lesson learned.. JUST DONT GO TO RITE AID!!
