I transferred 6 prescriptions to this Rite Aid after being told by the pharmacist that he could order the other two that I have. I went in a week later after my Dr appt. On (6/23) & The pharmacist said he couldn't fill them until the 31st day (day after I run out) which was no prob. He said let me check to see if they are in stock & he said yes, come back Monday & I'll fill them. So I went back Mon. & the same phrmst tells me he had to order them!! EXCUSE ME?? So I asked how long will it take to order & get them in? They said it would take a week, To come back in next Mon.. So today (07/03) 11 days later when he said that he would be getting the order in.. I call & asked him to hear NO AGAIN & to try back at the end of the week or next Monday!! SERIOUSLY?? So.. wait another week? For what.. to be told he still couldn't be bothered ordering them?! If you need any prescriptions filled DON'T GO HERE!! I delt with the pharmacist with the strong Indian accent, maybe another one is better. However, He has shown he doesn't care about people having their medications. Obviously keeping customers is not important to Rite Aid or the employees that they hire!
