Got 2 mortgages from Rita, and can not say enough good things about the whole process. No matter what obsticle came up she was able to get us through it, and come out even stronger. She is extreemly good at what she does, exactly what you want in a mortgage broker. Dont waste your time going to anyone else! You will not be dissapointed!

Rita got me a good mortgage when others couldn’t get me any mortgage at all. My financial institution refused to give me a mortgage even though I diligently paid down my last one through them with zero late payments. A well-known mortgage broker (recommended by a friend) also refused when I told her my circumstances. 'Your financial institution is very good at giving mortgages, and if they can’t help you, then I’m afraid that I won’t be able to either', she told me. I was extremely discouraged at this point but thought I’d give it one last try; Rita Wagner with Dominion Lending had excellent reviews. Right off the bat in our first conversation, Rita was proposing winning strategies and solutions instead of telling me why I wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage. We ended up with only 2 viable options after an exasperating week or so and then Rita fought extra hard to get me the better one which saved me about $5,000 in fees and interest! I jokingly called her "Rita the Great", but it’s no joke. My circumstances appeared bleak at times yet Rita overcame every hurdle and roadblock thrown at us. Be prepared to do your part and promptly find the info she’s asked to provide by the lender. Speaking from my experience, I couldn’t imagine finding a better broker anywhere in getting the best possible mortgage.

Rita helped my husband and I find the perfect mortgage for our first home. She explained everything that first-time home buyers need to know & even met us in the evenings to accommodate for our busy work schedules. Would highly recommend :)
