Love the cleanliness of the place and the variety of the menu. There's so much to choose from and mix and match there's something for everyone. I just started training as a worker and they ensure to keep the food fresh and the place clean.
Rita’s Italian Ice is one of the most consistent franchises I know. I’ve been to numerous locations in four states and every one has had friendly servers and quality, delicious treats. This one was no exception. Nothing but five stars and big smiles.
Food was delicious, though they definitely need to train their staff. We asked what one of the toppings was and the girl behind the counter had no clue. Not her fault, store just needs to make sure they're adequately informed about the products they offer. Also not a ton of places to sit but that's just a location issue.
It's so good so good serves nice people love it 10/10 Recommend coming here.
Thanks Olivia for the cotton candy unicorn Italian ice!!!! It’s so yummy and a fun treat on a summer day!!! 10 out of 10 recommend, and Olivia is the sweetest host working there!!!!
Its very good. My only issue was no apple pie filling as a topping. They have it on one sign but not on the other sign. Lol. They dont have it.
Best iced custard you'll ever find! I've tried several ice custard spots, but nothing compares. We moved out of state, and this is the one place we MUST visit every time we come back. This location often has a special flavor too. Honestly, my favorite thing to order is plain old vanilla custard with no toppings. It is so delightful on its own!
Great little spot for frozen custard and a daily changing selection of Italian ice flavours made in house. They have a surprisingly large menu of special concoctions using their ice and custard. And I can report they have added frozen coffee and sweet tea tea. Hopefully you can get them mixed with custard
Decent ice cream stuff but apparently it’s still 1994 and they expect all coupons printed out? Despite sending me the coupon electronically for a birthday. Inconvenience of having to print the coupon in a world where everything is electronic aside, don’t they care about the environment? I thought that was supposed to be a big deal but here Rita’s is demanding an archaic printed coupon instead of the email they sent. Either update your system to be able to cancel out used coupon IDs like every other business or just don’t send the coupon out. If you are trying to stay relevant in 2021 with this nonsense just give up and go lay down with Polaroid blockbuster and Panasonic. End rant.
Always love this place. Good portions good treats and friendly staff. Only complaint is the floor is always sticky
