Very clean inside. First time trying it. Only have soft serve chocolate not enough flavors. It has good shakes and sundaes. Courteous staff of two people.
We had such a great experience at Rita's in Middlebury! They gave our Great Dane a pup cup and made our daughters icecream extra special. The two girls working were very sweet & professional. We will definitely make this a weekly family treat!
Very nice as they usually are but they need to make black cherry more often, someone needs to leave a note for the morning people who allegedly pick the days flavors.
Love the product! The young lady that served us was extremely helpful and friendly. The young man however was slow and at one point disappeared for a long period of time with a very long line of customers leaving the young lady by herself. That was unfair and extremely unsafe with that many people in the store.
The custard is awesome. Tastes like I am back home in the Midwest.
Such a great treat, we often stop in with the kids after dinner. We great friendly service and very clean establishment which is huge to me. We had them cater my sons birthday party and it was a HUGE hit with our guests. Everyone still talks about it and my son is asking if we can do it again at his next party.

Get the custard, the Italian ice is way too sweet and icey. Unfortunately, it doesn't hold a candle to Libbys in New Haven.
