Ristorante Tevere

My last two orders, the spaghetti sauce smelled and tasted awful as if the meat turned so I had to throw it away. Good think I had a pizza too? No, the pizza was not properly cooked again so it tasted really bad as well. I called today to give it a last try and explained the situation because I figured, maybe they had bad employees at the time. The guy on the phone never apologized, didn't really care, said he would tell the Chef? Tell the chef? So I cancelled my order because I'm too scared the chef will do something to it. Again the kid on the phone didn't care, said "ok". Also, my friend called for a pickup the other day, the guy on the phone said to call back in 10 minutes because he does not take orders. My friend told him, take my order and call me back with the price when ready, the guy never took the order and hung up. My friend never called back and never will. The service/portion and quality of food changed at one point when they were back on Gouin and now it's worst a their new location. I'm done with this place.

Extremely disappointed !! Placed an order on a Saturday, early afternoon, for a couple of pizzas. Lady over the phone had a monotonic voice, kinda rude...someone that did not want to be there is seems. Placed my order at 12h38 according to my phone. My wife called at 13h45 and was told pizzas are on their way. I called at 14h00 and got the same lady who again, was not pleasant over the phone; I asked if it normal to wait 1 hour and a half for the delivery and she corrected me saying it was 1 hour and 17 min and pizzas were on their way !!! No apology, no sorry sir, no nothing. Pizzas got here at 14h05, not hot. Because of the service I received, because of the person over the phone with her wonderful customer service skills, it is the very last time I ever order anything from that restaurant.

Nice local find. I was late and decided to stop in and order on a Thursday night. Ordered the club sandwich at 4$ less than any other fast food restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. Good fresh taste, and nice portion. Fries were just like anywhere else. Order only took 8 min to prepare. I recommend this healthier stop instead of a regular burger joint!

We always ordered from this place because they have the best all dressed pizzas in town. Hand made and generously topped. However, the last pizza we got the other day had a crust that appeared to be mechanically made and factory frozen. The toppings were less generous and the mushrooms almost non existent. The whole thing tasted like a grocery store frozen pizza. We will not be ordering from them anytime soon. Very sad.
