Worth the stop but bring your wallet because it is not cheap! Portions are very good though. Onion rings were delicious and crispy. The cheese and veggie fries were some of the best I've ever had. Definitely worth the price. I only wish the fries had been a little bit crispier. An extra 45 seconds in the fryer would have brought them to the next level.
Hey I just met you, and this is Gravy, but here's my review, so read me baby My new Friend-Fries!! What yummy, yummy place for poutine! was in area for my daughter's photoshoot and my son happen to stumble upon this place earlier and tried their poutine with pickles and loved it, so naturally after we were done he drove us and parked on side, ran in for a regular poutine to surprise us. Rise to Fries, you've made us only have fries for you Just poutine it out there, this was heavy and large in portion $10 good for price in my opinion and the gravy was almost lawsuit hot enough to melt the cheese curds, was so perfectly not drenched in gravy that the fries were not soggy. Hey, They did not put this gravy in the corner get it? wink, wink, was definitely not canned or powdered gravy tasting. I wished I had gone in to try other things but we were in a rush, my son kept eyeing us to see if we would finish it all even though he had one earlier to himself, sorry Babe not this time! We left no trace It's not in my direction, easily missed, it's in a gas station plaza, this was first time in this area but definitely will carry a load of friends to make a trip for this place As my girlfriends would say Ammm- maaaaze- zing! If you're up this way its worth poutine in the effort to stop in Ok, enough of the puns, I'll ketchup with you all later
We got the rise to fries signature poutine which had pickles and a secret sauce, we should not have gotten a regular size, a size down would’ve been better only because the flavour was so unique we could not eat it all. the portions are massive! we possibly enjoyed the original poutine better, but we will definitely come here again after hearing so much of their great onions rings
Was absolutely disappointed in the quality of their fries. Tried them for the first time and they were under cooked. 9 dollars for a medium fry. Thought it was bad luck. Tried them again and got exactly the same thing. Under cooked fries at an obscene amout of money. Staff is super friendly, but the product produced is unacceptable. I won't try them a third time. I like my fries plain with a little salt. Those who get cheese or gravy on them may find that masks their poor quality. Way to expensive for what you get.
Officially has become a must have for lunch or dinner when we are around! Can't get enough of it! Huge fan of New York poutine and this has been the only place comparible or dare I say better for grabbing a poutine! Keep up the amazing work!
The most excellent customer service! So friendly! And the food is awesome! Very disappointed tonight . 4-27-23 as the owner and new hire seemed extremely disinterested. Got no pickles on the rise to fries and no sour cream and chives on the Canadiana!
My 6 year old went in to get some poutine while I waited and when he came back he was ripped off to pay 2$ for an empty plate. I went in to complain and apparently the owner guy was there and he shamelessly confessed to it. We will never go back again to this dishonest and unkind place. Kid-friendliness: Rip off and scam!
It's busy during lunch time. I prefer onion rings. The interior decoration is nice.
We Finally got our first taste of these awesome fries 10 out 10 .. we ordered a secret sauce, cheese and pickles...so amazing Vegetarian options: Offers vegetarian gravy for poutine Parking: Lots of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Push button for wheelchair accessibility... Main level
