My wife and I stayed in a cabin for New Years Eve and were so impressed with the quality of this place! Everything has been thought of and this campground was done right. Cabins were spacious enough for up to 4 people (plus doggies) and stocked full bedding, towels, dishware, soaps and even a wine opener (life saver!). Hot tub was spacious and hit the spot after a day on the mountain. NTN mountain bike trails are about 10' away from the cabins and made for excellent snowshoeing with the pup. Staff was super friendly and happy to do anything possible to increase your comfort. We live in Marquette and still felt like we were far away on vacation. Will recommend to friends and family in summer or winter!

The cottage appeared to be brand new. It was beautiful the bedding and the towels were in excellent condition. The staff was incredibly accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in one of the cabins during the UP 200 and it was terrific. It is close to town, and skiing. We will defiantly be staying here again next time we are in Marquette.

Great location and great facilities. We stayed two nights in one of the quaint cabins, it was homey and was equipped with all of the necessities. The hot tub down by the club house was fantastic! We used it 4 times in two days! What really makes this place is the staff. We had the privledge of interacting with Steve, Joanna, and Erica all of whom were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend the rippling river resort for any occasion!

This was a perfect winter getaway spot or, I should say the perfect year round getaway spot. Lots of outdoor activities are available. They have a great outdoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub is even open in the winter. The cabins are brand new and perfectly appointed with everything you would need (nice kitchenette with decent sized mini fridge, microwave and sink). Just bring your food and drink. The cabin I rented had two bunks, a very comfortable futon and a bedroom with a queen bed so we could have easily slept 6 if needed. We were four and that was perfect. The site comes with a fire pit with grate and a picnic table plus a couple Adirondack chairs and a bundle of complementary fire wood. The cabins are right at the base of Marquette Mountain so it's easy access to the hill. And, we had an anniversary in the group and, when they heard of that, they provided their own label red wine and a nice Happy Anniversary card upon our arrival. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Coffee and pastries every morning. I happened to be closing on a mortgage when on vacation and so need a photocopy of my driver's license. They were more than happy to oblige. One of our skiers split his pants and we asked for duck tape to patch. No problem. Want to use the hot tub, they'll set you all up and remove the cover too so you're not freezing out there in the dead of winter. I couldn't be happier with the experience and the price.
