Love the walking track when the weather outside is not permitting.nThe pickle ball, tennis or badminton courts are great and we’ll used.nThe arena is clean, well maintained, nice parking area and the staff has always been nice and helpful.nCons: I wish the web site would be more informative and easier to use.
I’m not sure what would the incentive be to book pool time online. Or to even buy bulk pool access ahead. I used to be able to cancel 24hrs ahead.,. It used to come cheaper when you bought several access ahead. No more! I had booked for me and my kids for the following week. The day before, we all started feeling sick. Fever, cough, etc. Not wanting to go to the pool with the 3 of us coughing our life away and sharing germs with everyone, I tried to cancel online. Impossible. Saw an email address to request cancellation. Sent email… no one ever got back to me. It’s only $12… but it feels like I’ve been robbed. Also… those minuscule lockers…. How is one with kids supposed to squish everything in a locker? Oh my bad… buy 2 extra locks. Very family friendly. Thanks.
Beautiful facility with accessible parking, building and toilets. Elevator wasn't working, at least not when we arrived.nnCanteen was open and prices are reasonable.nnThe stands are large, elevated, heated and clean. The benches are a little dated but we'll maintained. Bring a cushion.nnThere are two sets of stairs to go into the bleachers and they are quite steep.nnThe pool didn't smell overly chlorinated and the gym/track was neat, large and we'll ventilated.
Really only spent time in the arena, but there was plenty of seating, and they were comfortable benches at least comfortable for a hockey rink. The heaters were on, so it kept things toasty. Only issue was that the dressing room list wasn't updated for the earlier games in the day, so the kids had to go searching for open dressing rooms. Overall a nice rink for the spectators.
The pool is getting to be a little dated tiling needs to be redone but lot’s to do for the kids. The walk mg track with tennis courts is great. Outdoor tennis courts are caged and great. Park in the back is fun as well. It’s a great option for eastern Ontario / western Quebec!
