Good Service, Reasonable Portion Size, Good Flavor. Ordered the Street Tacos, Silver Dollar sized corn Tortias, the beef was a Birrea reasonable flavor, there was a touch of spicy salsa. The side was elotes Dulce sweet corn with a cream sauce and touch of Cota Cheese. Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance to the bar requires 2 low steps.

Rimrock Bar & Grille is true dining excellence that must be experienced. Lee is an exceptional waiter, truly a gentlemen, and the rest of the staff is exceptional as well. Food and drink are truly first class here. I savor every bite here first to last. The drinks are fantastic. Highly recommended!

Very small menu. Food nothing special. Way overpriced. Cobb salad was good. Tortilla soup not good at all. Reuben typical but $18. Place very dark which I like but the lights they do have are blinding LEDs. I did like the darkness of the place. Service fast and good. When rooms are $250/night and they're booked to capacity, I feel like they could offer a few more items on the menu.

Spent 32 dollars plus tip for a medium rare steak. Got a bone dry burnt slab of meat that sat on the counter for 10 minutes before anyone bothered to bring it out.

Food was good. Service was good. Typical hotel higher priced but good. The only that put me off was to keep a running tab they kept my credit card.....I haven't seen a business do that in years. Hope I don't get any "extra" charges...Food: 4/5

This is a decent "in-hotel" restaurant. The bartenders were pretty busy but attentive and the food was well cooked. I don't think I would go out of my way to have dinner here, but if staying on site or next door there are definitely other in hotel restaurants which don't measure up to this one.

We had martinis, salmon, beef, risotto and vegetables - and we enjoyed it very much.Food: 4/5
