Good luck getting refunds on returned items, you can return it but it needs to go through the right hand man process before you get your money back. I just left it there so the didn’t have to waste there time processing it. They could resell it and double there money. I briefly tested it on fabric. I bought hundreds of dollars of products from them the 2 days I stayed in Rimbey. The staff was was awesome , I think he was the owner or manager, not sure if he was having a bad morning.
Great variety of products, friendly, helpful staff. Store could use a bit of an update but that adds to the charm
Was ok. People not really helpful for finding the right product for my project. But I did find it eventually and their stock is good.
