Went here looking for a vehicle and they definitely didn't disappoint!!. I'm super impressed with the speed and service I received from everyone. Moe helped me out immensely and I recommend going there for a quality used vehicle..
They went above and beyond to make my experience as smooth and easy as possible. Can’t say enough good things about this dealership. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They pick and drop off my vehicle up for me.They bent over backwards to assist me, and then when we actually made a purchase and everything was completed, they still went way beyond any dealership I have ever encountered before. They weren't in a hurry to get rid of me. They should change name to “Wrong Choice Auto Sales/Mechanic “. Selling junk cars tagging them Certified , Owner is mechanic and will certify any car.nBought car and have to bring it back within couple weeks. Eventually end up taking car to dealership and they change the engine under warranty fortunately.nI have to take car back to “Wrong Choice “ again. I went to pick the car and car has no wheel cups, front fog light cover was broken and had a dent on rear panel. They been driving my car for almost 4 months total of around 7000kms and Owner literally said he don’t know anything about it and ask to remove the car from lot.nGuys save your time and spend few more bucks somewhere else for reliable vehicle and service. They want you to come back with broken car. I have to tow this car from Cambridge within 2 weeks.
Luis is amazing and helped me when I thought no one could help me. My situation was difficult but I was able to get a vehicle within a week and everyone there was great and always willing to help. If you need a vehicle head to these guys they will help you. Thanks guys I love my 2014 ford escape
I don’t usually write posts, but now that I no longer have this car and never have to speak to them again, I want to warn others to stay far away! Car broke down multiple times in a month & had to have it towed back because it wouldn’t start. But “they fixed it because we want too not because we have too”nSorry, I appreciate that but I should be able to spend 10+k for a used certified car and have that car work for a reasonable amount of time before issues arise.nI mean look at the hostility that they reply to all bad reviews!nAnd most of the good reviews are fake.nnBeing young and uneducated I wish I knew better. I mean the car had NO GAS when we went to test drove it. I made it down and street max back up but needed a car so bit my tongue and went for it, I should’ve known then that they didn’t care.nnBuyer beware!!nAlso can’t wait to see what they blame me for in their reply, probably go off because I waited 8-10 months like others did. Seems like out of all the bad reviews it was the posters fault everytime, not theirs. considering their replies.
