Andrew lived up to his reputation and then some; he wasn't afraid to take on an aggressive adversary, he had great court room presence, and it was clear in the courtroom that Andrew was respected by the Judge assigned to the case. Keith Brown is a very caring, knowledgeable and attentive attorney. He was with me every step of the way through a very tough child custody case. On first meeting, Keith told me we would come out victorious and he held true to that. His strategy was explained clearly and decisively throughout and was available at any time to answer any questions or concerns I ever had. Unbeknown to me, my license was suspended in 2017 based on a traffic infraction 9 years ago. When I learned of this I contacted the town with the intention of resolving the matter. While I was able to reinstate the original suspension, the court did not accept my guilty plea and suspended my license again. A few months later I was pulled over in another town and learned my license was suspended a second time. This time I was facing a criminal charges in NY for driving with a suspended license. I contacted Riebling, Proto & Sachs because at this point I was in a full scale panic. Andrew Proto returned my call, explained what I was up against and made feel at ease. I am a professional and I deal with complex issues daily but his work on my behalf was truly priceless to me. The case was settled with a minor fine.

Andrew and his team took me from losing sleep over my speeding tickets to not only making me feel comfortable (so I could sleep, at night) but resolved all of them favorable. Yes, I had to pay a fine (of course)...but no points on my license. I could have lost my license, but did not. Andrew is terrific. Highly recommend his firm!!
