My husband is working in Prince Rupert He is staying at The Ridge Hotel for the duration of his job. The rooms are modern and the housekeeping staff is excellent . Very helpful and friendly . Rooms are nice and clean. I found my stay there was relaxing . The hotel itself is nice and quiet . There is a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch However I did not eat there i had a full kitchen in the suite . I heard the food is very good . My overall experience was fantastic The staff is great It is out of town but worth it for the stay . Also have WiFi Very good .
The owner took it apon himself to add sauce I specifically did not ask for to my meal than charged me full price without recooking anything and leaving me with nothing but 10 fries and some gravy. Never have I wasted my money like this in my life.Rooms: 3/5
Newly renovated rooms with kitchen and deluxe bedroom options. Clean and quiet with everything you need in the kitchen minus the groceries of course. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I would recommend it to anyone.Rooms: 4/5

It’s absolutely the best Hotel in BC! If you’re a family looking for a nice place to stay for a week or two, The Ridge Hotel and Suites is the best place to stay. It’s a home, away from home with a fully renovated rooms and kitchenette.. Kudos to everyone behind the success of The Ridge!Rooms: 5/5

Stay here often with work. Great staff, clean, lots of kitchenettes. Just tried the new restaurant this morning. Best breakfast I've ever had. Highly recommend.
The three bedroom suite was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The kitchenette and in suite laundry facilities with soap and Bounce sheets were most appreciated. Extras like cold water and chocotes in the fridge, great shower, super comfortable beds and a large TV added to the enjoyment of my stay. I had never before ever seen a blue LED light built into a kitchen faucet. The hotel hosts and the owners are friendly, helpful and accomodating. Would I stay there again? Yes, in a heartbeat.
Yet another excellent stay. With the kitchen now operating & the ability to order bag lunches for the next day, it's the perfect location for a fishing adventure. If I could give 6 stars, I would.Rooms: 5/5
I stayed here for 7 weeks while on a work trip and it was a wonderful time. Everyone is awesome, the suite is amazing and if I had an issue it was address right away. I highly recommend staying here if you want the best service and an amazing place to stay! Wish I could give them 6 stars.
