Ridge Line Restaurant

This place is really overpriced, and pretends to be a high end hotel, but its the opposite. Our room was dirty, there was debris and hair all over the bathroom, the ceiling is disgusting, and there were bits of white fuzz on the carpets. The toilet is loose when you sit on it, the TV screen goes dark automatically while watching it, and you can't adjust it. The walls are paper thin in this place, and you can hear everything. The floors throughout are very creaky too. The only good thing I have to say about this place are that the beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning works great. I've stayed at much, much nicer places for less money.

The room was good. The only thing was that, the room service didn't clean my room the two nights I was there. If they were understaffed, then it's understandable. Everything else was good, even the air conditioning was perfect.Rooms: 5/5

I woke up and smelled breakfast. Got dressed and went down to the dining area and was chased off like a rat because I wasn’t part of a tour group. They were literally mad that I tried to get some breakfast . . . They pointed me to a table with granola bars and plastic cups of cereal.

Great place. Easy access from the freeway. Plenty of parking space. Service is great. Especially Windy. I would give her 6 stars. She is top notch! Luggage handlers were very professional. Food was good. Room was clean and spacious. You can make your coffee in your room. There is a fridge. You can iron your shirt. Overall, it was a great stay.

Fantastic service for the duration of our 3 nights stay. The staff were absolutely amazing. From the House Keeping Team to waitresses to Reception. Every single interaction has been positive. I hope we get to visit again. I can simply say, thank you for looking after us.Rooms: 5/5

Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Big tv and everything works. Pool and hot tub would have been nice if they had been cleaned, but they were foggy and mold grows uninterrupted on the rafters above the pool. -see picsRooms: 5/5

The rooms were very nice and clean. Unfortunately, the hotel is not located within walking distance to restaurants or shops. I asked the front desk if they would shuttle downtown and they declined.Rooms: 5/5

Located off main roads, room was very large, very quite. Did not empty trash in common area for the two days we were there.

I appreciate how clean it was, and the shower curtains are on snaps so they can be washed as well. Front desk ladies on the 6-10 and 6-11 need a raise! So kind and made me feel at home! I also forgot some valuables in my room and they returned it!!!! SO LUCKYY!! Thank you!!!
