I've had my bike insurance with Riders Plus for 4 years and am very pleased with the service and rates.  Recently Charmaine contacted me with a $200 premium reduction which came as a result of Riders Plus searching out another insurance carrier.  Excellent service!!!

Best motorcycle rates anywhere . Amazing service, fast and Charmaine St. Louis is the best  . Purchased a new motorcycle and she sent me a new policy the same day . Wish all insurance companies where this good .

I had the pleasure of dealing with Charmaine St.louis.  This woman was extremely helpful with my motorcycle insurance.  She met all my expectations.   Give this woman a raise. She deserves it.   I give her a 5 Star rating plus.  Thanks again Charmaine.  You are great

Warning Riders Plus broker and Echelon is cheap for a reason get some tickets or make a claim and watch how fast they Cancel your policy and that will show on your record pay a little more for your insurance from a proper insurance company it will save you the headaches in the long run and the insurance will drop in price with no attitude just good customer service believe me I was with them for over 20years and they cancelled me and gave me the biggest attitude over the phone which surprisingly shocked me take care and ride safe out there especially with riders Plus
