Casino located at south Ottawa. Much smaller than the other casinos by the province but it has its small town facade with country style clubbing space on second floor. Gambling space is not large but they do try to offer a bit of everything. They constantly running promotions offering $10 gambling money with purchase of show tickets. However most of their shows I can see them for free in town and ones that are specialized, I find them quite pricy $40 range ticket. Although the clubbing space is spacious and chic upper floor, I need a lot more convincing to come here.
Capital fair. Food is very expensive . Parking only accept cash. If you don't have cash you have to go out to nearest ATM. Dress appropriately for the weather. It's always hot any muggy. I would suggest come later evening
Parking is great: spacious area. One level casino. Ate here for breakfast twice, and really enjoyed it. Horse races are entertaining. I like the table entertaining area, bar tender is friendly. I make a donation every time ‍
It's very sad to see how down hill this place has gone. We used to win all the time. Now it's been well over a year since anyone I've gone with has won. We bought food here went out for a smoke and came back in and security wouldn't let us in with the food we bought here so ridiculous at the price of the food. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend.
Not bad but no buffet until they renovated an extension and there were no table games when we went.
Clearly I’m living life.. I’m late 30’s never been to a casino before. Tv & movies hyped up the technology era and set the expectation very high. I saw a mix of what looked to be machines spaced out, of clumps and groups. Some older machines digitized with massive dual curved screens connected vertically for one game specifically. I really didn’t walk around that much. Seemed to be better years before with the tracks still open, albeit I didn’t exactly know what to expect. A late 90-2000 vibe. Clean, but dated carpets. Seems like this place should be in an older part of town; not on a strip where brand new homes are being built for Miles. Yes given this casino’s been here since before I was born…. Still, it’s alive and in operation. I’d suspect I’d you’d wanna get this place bump in’ again I’d sink some cash into modernizing the place at least to attract the younger crowd. IMO..
Not that great of a casino, no table games??? Only machines and electronic blackjack, I've only been to Quebec casinos and they all have way nicer interior and machines. It felt like a big room with slots everywhere, no decorations or anything
I simply love this Casino, my Husband and I come as often as we can. Most of the people there and the staff are you very friendly. Now we sometimes even Win a Jackpot every few months which is always welcomed.
We went for an afternoon outing. Just to gamble a little. No restaurant or show We had fun on the slot machines. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. I have nothing to say that was negative. Gave a 4 out of 5 cause there's always room for improvement.
I had a fun time. But the layout isnt a pleasure. It was actually better with live music people dancing and gaming and slots
