Great group ride class - 1 day Intermediate skill class with Matt - do not need a perfect day to enjoy up-ing your mountain bike comfort and skill it rained; sun; cloud; everything on our group ride. Exceptional explanation during the class; and ensuring everyone was comfortable with riding and practicing new skills.
Went twice this week to ride in beautiful Squamish. Ridehub Bike Rental and Coffee was highly rated for their service and coffee. Customer experience was great. Coffee was great, and their Philly cheese pastry was tasty as well. Sarah and her team are to be commended for excellent customer service on all fronts. Bike rental, suggested trails to ride, coffee, lift to point so I start on the correct trial. And they were open during the week which made my trip to Vancouver so memorable. You will be amazed by the friendliness of the staff and everyone that came through their doors including the dogs. :. Grabbed an icecream down the road at Alice and Grohm. Freshly made I cream right into your cone. Thanks again for making my riding in beautiful Squamish trails so memorable. I’ll be back next time I visit.
Definitly recommend them. Sara took our family from learning the basics in a school parking lot ideal as the consequences of any errors are slim to riding trails up the mountain. She's very knowledgeable and made our outing a great experience. Definitly book with them, you will not be disappointed.
Blue level MTB clinic was a full day of practical level skills that made me feel like I was far more aware of my body positioning and the bike in all terrain. Practicing on flat surface first ensured we could have individual and group instruction in all areas of our riding, which we then took to the trails for more skills work. It was an awesome day that I have to say was well worth it. If your looking for a MTB clinic, you found it.
I participated in the green-level foundations full-day clinic with Sara, and I had an incredibly positive experience! Being brand-new to mountain biking, I really appreciated the level of detail and focus we went into on the fundamentals of riding, bike fit, and maintenance. Sara was attentive, patient and knowledgeable, so we felt confident heading to the tails! She watched our riding and provided great feedback. I learned a lot in one day, and would definitely recommend this clinic to those interested in getting into the sport. Thanks, Sara!
Great team at RideHub. Super service! We were able to get high quality bikes for my family of 6. We rode blue and black trails without technical issue. Would definitely use them again/recommend them to a friend.
Sara took my son and I out for a beginner ride and it was amazing! We started with the basics in a parking lot and we ended in the trees on a green trail. Very informative and Sarah was very patient with us both - we will be back! 10/10 recommend RideHub!
I took a 3 hour lesson with Chris. I am pretty new to mountain biking at 54 years old. Chris started with the fundamentals of stance, positioning, turning, foot placement , where to look. We then took it to the trails, and did some fun trails. We stopped at numerous corners to analyze where the apex is, and what the proper line would look like. A great experience with a great teacher who gave me a great deal to practice on. After spending many thousands of dollars on my bike, I think that money spent on coaching is money well spent. I will be back for more coaching at Ride Hub when I have practices the skills Chris showed me.
I really enjoyed my “Intro to Mountain Biking” lesson! I’d say it was a crazy experience and I had a lot of fun. The trainer was very knowledgeable and gave very clear explanations and directions. The bikes were very nice and well maintained.
Chris was an amazing instructor!!! He was able to instill the fundamentals in us very quickly and help clean up bad habits over the years. With his instructions, we were able to level up quickly to comfortably deal with some of the BC jank and gnar. Awesome instructor and awesome company! Highly recommended.
