Ordered a large cheese pizza with garlic knots. When I got home to serve to my children I noticed the bottom of the pizza was a little burnt and the garlic knots were very hard. Called and complained, first was told they were premade, then was offered 10% off my next purchase, the employee then offered to remake for me would have been ok if I didn’t live 30 minutes away and a child that didn’t just have surgery, finally I sd I want a refund. Was told she didn’t know how to do it that the general manager was coming in at 5pm that I would get a call later. Still no phone call, very unhappy with the service
Pizza and garlic knots were amazing! Only problem I had was we had it delivered to the truck stop and no one called to tell me they delivered it to the front desk. I had to call and ask and then she told us it was delivered 5 minutes ago. That angered me bc our pizza was already just about cold by then. That was the whole purpose in me providing my number to call.
Ordered pizza and garlic knots on a walk in, service was friendly and fast. Garlic knots were great, pizza was good but very light on pepperoni for 23 bucks a pie and single topping.Food: 3/5
This place has extremely nice and helpful employees and they have incredibly tasty pizza too. My husband was layed over, and I called Rico's because all of the reviews were excellent, and the pictures from the reviews looked great. I asked the man what was good there and he named all of the many specialty pizzas that they had, and told me what came on them. He was really nice. I picked the garden pizza and it was delicious!!! My husband brought me back two pieces and I wanted more. Lol This is a fantastic place to get an amazingly delectable pizza that will have you wanting more. Thank you, Rico's!!! We will be back. Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Stopped here for a quick bite. Staff was great, decor was cool and local to the area... The food on the other hand... 2 half subs one chicken Parm and the other was chicken "wing". They were lack-luster at best. I'm not sure how else to describe them. Now, another person had two giant slices that looked delicious.
Nice small pizza joint with great tasting NY style pizza! Would recommend the chicken bacon ranch slices! And fried chicken wings!! But all the pizza is good from this place.Food: 5/5
Me and my parents were traveling through the area and found this small pizza shop. We decided to stop in and check it out. They have some unique varieties of pizza. We ordered the Barbecued Pork pizza. It turned out to be absolutely delicious! Keep up the great work y'all!
I just letting people know some friends of mine ordered a sheet and was burnt they called Ricco's and they a small pizza because of it now I think number one the pizza shouldn't of been delivered burnt number two they should of gave a pizza for free when they order again I want people to be aware what had happened so it doesn't happen to you make sure you check your pizza before they leave after giving you the pizza my friends paid almost 50 dollars for the sheet pizza and they got small pizza I didn't order the pizza but I'm was upset for them and they don't speak up for them selfs
So I'm pretty sure ketchup was used as sauce. It was very tart and vinegary in a ketchup sort of way. The little hint that was left that didn't get dried out. It was kind of hard to tell because it was so overcooked and dried out the cheese was impossible to separate. The chicken chunks were hard. From being cooked to death I would imagine. This was allegedly a buffalo pizza but I couldn't have told you that if I didn't order it. It had no flavor left except for the ketchup. They also charged extra for the blue cheese for a buffalo chicken pizza which did not have any blue cheese on it? In short, ketchup for sauce, baked to a dried crisp, inedible, disgusting. Oh and that inedible disgusting thing cost 30 bucks. And ps, I'm from NYC and this is MOST CERTAINLY NOT NYC style pizza. What it is is false advertising. I just read the reviews this place won't last long
The dough was actually delicious and I can tell it was made in house. The garlic knots we're good but a little doughy. Loved the mild chicken tenders, perfect sauce to compliment The meal.
