My kids just took me here for the first time for my birthday breakfast. Very appealing atmosphere. Promptly seated and served. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and our server Nancy provided us with first class service. If only all customer service was as good as hers.... I will be coming back for seconds!!

Since new owners.... quality has steadily declined. Food quality is down. They seem to have reduced staff so service is slower. You can't have 1 person taking care of 20 tables. Not server's fault for taking too long. Then food is cold.

Love Ricky's , but don't like the fact that our favorite waitress was taken of our Saturday mornings. So we won't be back to the one in Douglas Glen. :(

Staff is amazing friendly and very attentive!! The food is so yummy!! We enjoyed the buffet!! Look forward to coming back!!

Service was extremely slow. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food after we waited about 20 minutes for our order to be taken. Who knew it would take longer to get food then to get over the border. The food was tasty.
