Ricki's

My wife and sister usually shop in Ricki's for their clothes. Overall, previously it was decent experience until this morning as the probably new staff was so unprofessional and rude while my wife and sister went for some returns. I am sorry to say Ricki's but you should train your staff to please the customers and not annoy them. The manager has always been very kind and amazing but she was missing today and the morning staff surely gave my wife one of the worst experiences. :(

Today morning i was in store to return my item, there was a someone new staff in customer service who did not know how to have a proper conversation with customer. It was the worst experience till now in Ricki's . I should not suggest my any friends or family to shop there. She was having such a bad attitude as well rude behavior. She completely ruined my day.

Absolutely horrible service. Took 45 minutes just to bring out my friends salad, I ordered my pasta and it took 25 minutes for them to realize they didn't have the ingredients, they were out of what we wanted to drink, and I don't realize why it took so long seeing there were only two others eating in the entire restaurant. Maybe it would've been quicker if we didn't have to wait 10 minutes for a menu... absolutely terrible. They even tried to charge me for the food they ran out of! No apologies were given, no discounts, and they were aware we had a bus to catch. I would give them half a star if I could.
