I visited this placed couple times in the last week, and I had a very good experience. Moreover, Shelley explained me everything so kindly.

Very knowledgeable and the staff are amazing.

I bought a fix me stick for my computer here a little while ago the owner had high praise for it, so I bought it. Sure wished I hadn't. First time it worked fine, second time it started to lag. Third time it completely locked me out of my computer! I tried everything I knew, called Geek Squad and called friends who work with computers. They told me the main culprit was fix me stick. It works well for some, and locks others out. There was no affordable way back into my computer, so i had to wipe it clean and start over again. Thankful that it was backed up a few months prior, so I didn't lose too much. This isn't the staff's fault, as they do not make the drive. It was recommended, I bought it, so it's a 50-50 thing. Staff is friendly, knows products, but this experience was a turn off. Three stars is for the staff.

Staff is amazing. Ordered product I needed from their store shipped and was in 3 days later! Saved product for me that day, even though it was after-hours when recieved. Very friendly and helpful! Thank you!

This place in the town of IF is phenomenal went above and beyond my expectations to insure I got what i needed in a way that safely works for everyone thanks Rick's hi-fi for your impeccable customer service. and super prompt and curtious assistance.
