We used Tashiana Johnson to both purchase our first home rental property in 2015 and again for the sale of the same home. We can't say enough good things about her work ethic and professionalism. She went above and beyond over the years as a trustworthy point of contact for us as we were long distant landlords. We also did the whole sale & closing process without having to travel to Terrace. Can't thank her enough. Great experience with other office staff, both reception and with agent Suki Spencer.
The woman answering the phone was pleasant enough when greeting me, but when I inquired about whether they do property management turns out they don't, or if she knew anyone who does, she became very abrupt and hung up on me while I asked a follow up question. Today's renters are tomorrow's buyers. I know who won't be getting my business when I am in the market to buy.
Our over all first time home buying experience has been awful! I would caution anyone purchasing their first home to not use Suzanne Gleason as your realtor. She has left us with a bad taste in our mouths words do not describe the level of unprofessionalism at this establishment. And I would sugest to approach Remax with great caution! BEWARE
