Richmond Green Park is a beautiful place to walk around, especially in the fall when the leaves turn red and the scenery is vibrant. There’s a small waterfall that adds to the calm atmosphere, and it’s common to see people taking wedding photos because the park is so picturesque. It’s a peaceful spot to relax, enjoy nature, and take in the fall colors.
It locates at the corner of Elgin Mills and Leslie,a major intersection for public transit. It is the largest park in the city of Richmond Hill too.nBesides the regular park facilities like picnic areas, children playground, agricultural barn, splash pad, baseball diamonds, basketball court, and soccer fields, there is an indoor dome and the Tom Graham Arena Complex for all seasons purposes. The heritage walk and Rose garden are famous for taking wedding or family photos.nThis park has several free parking lots but it always is a headache to find a sport on weekends or public holidays.
Beautiful park! Perfect for photoshoots and weddings, picnic and walking, biking, etc. Have come here for all of the above :
We went to this place on Canada Day to join in on the festivities there. It really exceeded my expectations! There were so many people and lots of fun things to see and do ... Games, Rides, Origami, Vendor Booths, Food Trucks, Indoor Video Gaming, etc. The grounds were well kept and there were bridges, a fountain and even a gorgeous waterfall! We saw ducks and a swan ... and beautiful flowers and trees! Parking was free and there was plenty of it! If you are going on Canada Day next year though, go early to get a spot. No entrance fee. It was a great way to spend the day! They also had a fireworks display in the evening which we did not stay for. I highly recommend visiting this Centre at any time, especially if you live in the Richmond Hill area.
Lovely park, has a really nice garden with a waterfall. In the other end of the park, it also has 12 pop-up pickle ball courts which we made good use during our stay. It’s a nicely mini NY Central Park at Richmond Hill outside of Toronto.
