Clean and not overly crowded, with easy access to bus connections right outside the station. It’s a convenient hub, though the surrounding area could feel a bit uncomfortable at times. Still, it gets the job done well for daily commutes.

The Canada Line sucks but its stations are meh. This one is crowded during morning and evening rushes but is a nice station during quiet times which is good meditation I guess?

Outside the station, it is always dirty. No effort to wash the area, which is very high traffic. Littered with garbage and cigarette butts... Always dirty. It shouldn't be.
