Went through the car wash for the first time yesterday, left a big scratch across the front of my bumper, it also did not clean the front grill, rear hatch or license plate area. Staff explained that there machine can not clean the whole car because of the brushes.

When I went in to complain about the damage received to my vehicle another customer had just pulled out of the wash with his tire ripped right off of his wheel and right mirror fallen off.

Contacted general manager Ben Wang and was told the wash has never scratched a vehicle since he has been running it. Very poor customer service!!

*** IF YOU HAVE A VEHICLE YOU CARE ABOUT STAY AWAY FROM THIS WASH!! THIS IS NOT A TOUCHLESS WASH AND WILL DO DAMAGE!!

Pretty good machine wash quality.  However opening times are always spotty. The few times I've went at or right after opening time I've waited 10-15 min and still no one shows up.

It took me around 5 mins from start to finish in the tunnel, much better results than touch less wash in the gas station. good for my daily driver car, Price are OK,  but if you really concerned about any scratch, u should go looking for some detailing service or hand wash. Other than that ,they have promotion deals for  $40 with 4 $15 wash, which is great. Highly recommend!

Does not clean very well and leaves scratches!! Do not wash your car here!!
