Richardson's Jewellery is Lloydminster's only family owned fine jewellery store. We specialize in quality Canadian diamond rings and fine jewellery. We can also custom design the ring or piece of jewellery of your dreams. We have all sorts of gift giving ideas; from rings to chains, watches to pearl jewellery. We change batteries, repair jewellery and watches, and even custom design.

There is a reason why I have shopped here for over 20years! My husband and I bought our matching wedding bands here 2 decades ago and they still look great, which says alot because white gold is notoriously difficult to keep looking good! Everything I have ever gotten here has been top quality! Earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces, and a watch I adore jewlery. But, besides the amazing quality, it is the people who own and work at Richardsons that make it so special. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness! First it was Wayne and now it his son, Matt that is the face behind the name and all I can say is kudos to this family! Their generosity and empathy are in abundance and I am grateful for them. I will ALWAYS support our local businesses, happily! This is already long, however, I must mention the last item I had purchased for me, from all my family members, for my 50th birthday and it is a gorgeous bracelet. That being said, my birthday was in September and I am finally going to get my bracelet next week, 3 long months! Originally, my family got me a bracelet somewhere else never again! and it turned out to be from a fraudulent shop. It has been a nightmare fighting for the money back! So, my gift has a long, horrible past but Matt saved it for me! Not only did he answer whenever I called, always patient with me a crying defeated woman but he helped me tremendously by not charging me for a service I asked for to get a link removed that turned out too small, so I had to send it back out to get the link put back in. Of course, this time of year especially this year, finances are stretched to the absolute max but I knew it was my request and so it was up to me to pay for it. I had a lump in my throat, feeling stupid, but understanding 100% that it was on me. But, Matt literally made me cry because he said no charge! I don't cry in public but this act of kindness changed that! How wonderful of him to do that! He will really never know how much that helped us, seriously. I know I have written a novelette but I felt it was warranted. You will never go wrong shopping here! Facts
I had the best experience with them. They helped my fiancée design my dream ring. They were so kind and helpful from the second he walked in! They gave me not only the perfect ring but the best customer service and experience. I got a beautiful bride gift basket and the best explanation of cleaning and how to move forward! Please support these guys and find whatever you need jewelry wise from them. Couldn’t have had a better experience !! Thank you !!
I got a watch as a gift before moving to Lloydminster, every time I have an issue with it I bring it to Richardson's and they always help me quickly and inexpensively. Once they even fixed it for free! I will exclusively be going to them for all future purchases and repairs!
What an amazing store and staff! I recently received an engagement ring purchased at the new store. My fiance told me they needed me to go in and have the maintenance schedule explained.. went in empty handed and left with a super cute mug and gift basket filled with goodies from local businesses. My kids were with me and the staff explained the 4Cs to my 6 and 11 year olds with such patience and didnt mind that they literally wanted to look at every piece of jewelry in the place. Highly recommend!
Wish I could give 10 stars! Amazing family owned business. My now husband, purchased my engagement ring here. They spent a lot of time picking out the diamond, setting and really listened to what he had envisioned. The staff helped him find the perfect ring that I will proudly wear for the rest of my life. They take their time, make you feel welcome and genuinely listen. Unmatched, incredible service. So thankful for them and the amazing work they do!

We were looking for something less traditional and his expertise, open mindedness, and positivity made the journey to our perfect rings exciting and rewarding! Came to them with a request for a custom ring. I sent them some pictures of a ring that was similar to what I wanted. They started working on it immediately and it was ready in a few weeks! Super kind and very easy to work with! Both contacting them through messaging and in store the service was great. Price was reasonable and I’d definitely come to them again for jewelry in the future!
