Don't pick there load ...they think drivers are not human ..i have appointment of 9 am i was 8 .30 am there guy from unloading said i you appointment 3.30 pm but i can manage if you wait for 30 minutes..i was waiting in parking then one lady with white hairs .. she came out of office and told me to move your truck out now or i will call police.. i said..i m on phone with despatch..so give me 2 minutes she said no, no . ...move now ...i feel disrespectful behavior.... i m not pick there load again ...i will suggest all to do same ...if money is more important then respect do it.nI will suggest management to change her to other job she is rude and disrespectful to drivers. Timing of appointments happens like this but they can request me to wait ..respectfully i will wait 10 hours but ..this attitude ..i will not work in future with this company.
Responsible for the most consistent, disgusting, hexane-laden odors in Lethbridge. Ineffective emissions and odor control, hexane solvent leaks or poorly functioning recovery system? Not sure what is failing or upsetting their plant but their inability to exercise effective process control is not acceptable. The City of Lethbridge and Alberta Environment Protection Agency need to intervene. The odors are not normal and the public should not be subjected to potentially harmful releases.
Once you endure the grouchy man’s lesson and you know what to do then it’s a pleasant place to unload at.nSmells horrible and makes the whole city smell horrible.
Shipping women Heather has Attitude, very rude, she been reported not only to the management but also to customer who assigned truck companies for pickup. No one should have to deal with this women.
Our Appointment was at 3 pm but i was here by 9 am 6hrs early, Shipper said call at sharp 3 pm for dock, when i called at 3 pm shipper talked to me in attitude and said they don’t have docks available, wait outside, but they had one dock available
