Richard is an extremely kind and genuine lawyer who made my first house purchase quick and painless. Everything was ready the moment my husband and I walked into the office and my emails were answered promptly, even on holidays by the assistant Mursal. Richard spent his time giving thorough explanations behind every document we signed and answered any questions. I HIGHLY recommend this office for all your real estate transactions and more. The fees are well below any office downtown and he does Saturday appointments between 11:00AM to 1:00PM.

I used Richard Cragg for the purchase of my condo and then 10 years later used Jessica Cragg to sell. The office is pretty old school and messy looking but they get the job done efficiency and accurately at a fair price so I can't complain. Jessica was especially great to deal with for the sale.
