Story

The concept of rice burgers originated from Japan. After its introduction, rice burgers exploded in popularity across Asia as an alternative to traditional hamburgers.

Our ingredients are all locally sourced, and prepared with the highest level of quality. We truly believe that good food does not need to break the bank. We, at Rice Burger, are excited to share with you our take on this Japanese classic!

Nice place. Cool vibe. Tucked away on a plaza off of 10th. Limited veg.No prices on the menu. Dinner menu items missing pictures, esp. Farmhouse burger. I couldn't picture the burger and it was suggested so I went with it, along with the Kimchi fries. You'd think with a name like farmhouse it would be a healthy option but no it was just a stack of the 3 meats with token lettuce and tomato. Likely ideal for someone half my age but too much protein for me. And someone came in to ask about there veggie option and they were out. And it supposedly had non veg. Inclusions but I didn't catch the details. But likely a better fit for others.
I went in very sceptical and once we got our order, it looked & tasted out of this world AMAZING!!! Excited to go back and try other things on the menu! The spicy crispy chicken was juicy and tender and the rice bun was unreal!! The owner does a great job
The Farmhouse beef+chicken+pork burger was incredibly delicious and very filling. We dropped by for a snack, but ended up having a delightful dinner. It is a small eatery just off 10th Avenue. Although there is limited seating in the restaurant, the street is converted into a nice eatery patio. Good service and great food.
What an awesome place! I like how the rice burger was slightly fried on the outside to give it that crunch! With the first bite, you can feel the chef’s pride and this place is definitely worth a visit. The rice burgers are going to get messy, it’s definitely an fun time. I can’t wait to try the pop corn chicken bowl with the kids!
Never had anything like this and now I want everything like this. First time going to Vancouver and this was my first stop. It set the trip right and on a great note. Great burger and ingredients- left me wanting more. If I ever come back I will def come back here
Ordered the Grilled Chicken Teriyaki bowl and was charged $16.05 instead of $14.95. I was told that it's due to inflation and that they just haven't updated the menu...When I checked the price online, on their official website, the price says $14.95. They clearly overcharged me and are aware of it so I suggest people to beware of this place. I for one ain't coming back and suggest anyone to avoid or at the very least be aware of this.
Just discovered this place on a whim and decided to give it a shot cause I thought the concept was really neat. I got the spicy chicken katsu burger with a kimchi fry. All together, the food was tasty and I would buy it again, but its not something I would eat on the regular. I liked the sauce the burger came with. It wasnt as spicy as I expected, so if youre looking for something more mild, I would definitely recommend it I prefer it spicier The kimchi fries was interesting. It was definitely spicier than the burger. Ive only ever had kimchi a couple times before so I dont have a good baseline to go from but I enjoyed it. It was definitely different. The fries had pork and corn on them as well. I didnt manage to snap a photo tho. The price wasnt too bad either. It was under $20 for a filling amount of food. It came with a drink too. The staff was also really friendly. Will definitely be back again in the future, if I’m ever in the area again. :
Flavour is amazing. Kimchi fries with pork taste very very good. Burgers were very juicy. Just the rice is a bit thick for me.
They are so so good. Their customer service is on point. I make my way there at least once a month or more. I always order their kimchi frieds. Hands down the best kind of fries ever. Doesn't matter if you pick the vegetarian, beef or pork. They are all supper delicious. Their chicken burger is super crispy so if you want juicy, crispy fried chicken, this is for you. But I have ordered almost everything on their menu and non of them have disappointed me. Definitely try this place out, delicious, budget friendly and fresh every time.
Delicious chicken katsu rice burger. First time trying it and would definitely come back again. Employee at the front counter was extremely friendly and there were public tables outside to eat at. Only downside was that the burger was a bit small.
