Very good whitefish. 2-9-23 I ate there again. Excellent whitefish with a twice baked potato and stewed tomatoes, salad and a roll. Reasonable price. My Mom had lamb which she loved. Eat at this local gem.
The server is inexperienced and not capable of more than 1 directive at a time. If you ask for napkins she will stop what she's doing and do only napkins. Girl. Figure it out. our food pork chops/steak were raw, and her reasoning was that she was a vegetarian, so she didn't know. The Chef came out when we mentioned the preparation and sounded drunk or high, slurring her words and insisting we eat the food as she prepared it, which got more and more awkward., and refusing to prepare an alternative dish. Frogs legs were not deep fried as listed, fries were burned, all food was cold, the veggies came straight from a can, as did the lemonade and iced tea. I literally can't believe this place is still in business. 2/10 would not recommend.

I didn't even know this place existed until I was looking for new places to eat. The food was phenomenal. Fried ravioli is my jam and it awesome. Coconut shrimp was good and the ribs fell right off the bone. Very good find. My husband did say the urinal didn't work and there was no door on the bathroom stall. That's my only negative thing I have to say about the place.
Great atmosphere, excellent food and affordably priced! A little gem we found on our date night....The Rib Cage is a 10/10. We will definitely go back!

Amazing little restaurant! Fantastic owner bartender Brenda! Started out as a bartender, now's owns place. The original chef has returned! Prices are reasonable!
Steaks were good, service was terrible. The dining room is extremely small so when the waitress talks loudly with another table about other customers that left before being served which we, ourselves, were moments away from doing and in the same conversation talks about someone in the kitchen blaming her the waitress instead of taking the blame themselves.... well, it really looks bad for the establishment. There's obviously some hostility between FOH and BOH personnel and it's quite literally poured out into the dining experience. As for the food, again, the steaks were delicious but the near-30 minute wait before anyone took our drink order--and dinner order taken at the same time--and then another 40 minutes for appetizers, a side dish forgotten, and small side portions and poor presentation overall... we unfortunately won't be back. I was hoping to find a new favorite steakhouse but this, we learned, was not it.
The Rib Cage, small little restaurant with all tables, so big guy seating approved. But that's where the good stops. We went on a Saterday at 5 30pm. they are open from 5pm-830pm. They were out of the calamari, for most items on the menu it says comes with two sides, they only have 3 to choose from, stewed tomatoes green beans or asparagus they ran out of asparagus at 6 p.m. The waitress, although very nice, was not very good. I got a filet medium. it was so blue I had to send it back, and I never said anything back. Everything was cold and it was very expensive for what you got. I hate to come on here and leave a bad review but I just have to be honest with my experience I don't see it staying open much longer with this management also I heard from other tables as they ordered, a lot of stuff on the menu, they were out of. I wanted it to be so much better. It's just not up to par with other restaurants at that price point.
