Appel D'urgence!!  There are some Nurses, Lab technicians,  Phlebotomy technicians,  in Rhode Island that works in the hospitals for years and years without having their National Board Certification License to be properly and safety enforced.  Where is OSHA..?  Rhode Islanders considers them as "GRANDFATHER IN".  85% malpractice rate in the State of Rhode Island.  Can I please request some HELP!

Great group of people who do their jobs well, making a lot of people mad so we stay healthy.

   The way WARM & I see it is they are over worked, under paid, disrespected.

 Thank "You" Rhode Island Department Of Health for all that you do....;-) WARM is my service puppy and approves this review as they are hip on service puppy rights...

This place is horrible. Found hair in my food and they wouldn't refund me. He took his bare hands and plucked it out and said " i ant replacing nothing get out "

Staff are always  helpful and knowledgeable. Many excellent educational programs. Good relationships with Rhode Island Educational institutions.
