I have eaten here quite a few times and usually I go there if one of my favorite spots are closed the day I’m in town. The food is good but not outstanding. The service is always good from my experience. It’s rather pricey for a lunch the few times I went there for lunch…. Another one bites the crust.
Absolutely amazing food, I had the sirloin with mushrooms and it was perfect. They have a soup and salad bar now that is absolutely wonderful, a new drink menu and of course their tap room. Absolutely amazing staff that makes you feel right at home. 10 out of 10 recommend
Great selection of fish. Larger parties should exprect a wait, but always worth the wait. Walleye was delicious and the salmon was incredibly delicious and moist.
Came in around 6:30pm, waited a good hour before we were seated which was understandable since we didn’t make a reservation. The problem came afterwards, we were seated in this weird area that is basically a fire hazard, and we were ignored by every waiter/waitress. It’s like our table doesn’t even exist. Long story short, we were there for 3 hours, and when it reached 9PM when the restaurant closes and they were literally cleaning we still didn’t have our food. Asked several times before but apparently nothing went through. Customers before us had their food and even finished despite we being seated ahead of them by 30 minutes or more. They told us they were having a bad day, understandable, yet it doesn’t mean this experience didn’t happen.
Excellent service KristyExcellent food. We had the Ribeye and Shrimp. The best part for me was my potato choice Potato pancakes. Everything so good. We are on a short road trip from Minnesota. We highly recommend this place. Wally and Barb
So unappetizing-server stacked plates of food on top of each other before serving; “medium” prime rib served “rare” with 50% fat. With new ownership, a lot of the previous great servers are gone. Also, every time my husband and I go, servers seem to have to explain the cooks are having issues so food will be late. People at one table may get their dinners 15 minutes before others. Good salad/soup bar and easy parking.
Salad bar had the freshest fixings Lettuce was crispy and very good. They prime rib was perfect. The servers were the best. The gentleman who was checking the salad bar was so polite and the the nicest smile while he was working. The total evening was the very nice experience. Thank you.Food: 5/5
Service was a bit slow but they seemed shorthanded. The food was dome of the best I have had in a long time. We had steak. It was not only cooked perfectly, it literally melted in our mouths. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5
Service and food is usually great but it was closed for the two weeks that I was in town April 3-14,2023
The prime rib and seafood platter was yummy! Enjoyed the salad bar…also got a peanut butter martini and butter beer and they were both delicious as well. I must say that the best part of our dinner last night was how awesome service was from KB. Hard to find places where servers are nice anymore, let alone actually pleasant and outgoing…and she definitely was all of that. Thank you for an awesome Saturday night dinner!!!
