Excellent Service. Joe is likely one of the best service people i have ever dealt with. He even got me a rental car when no other rental company in the area had one after my son had his car totaled.

I was having troubles with my F-150 I was only home for one day before leaving on holidays. Rhineland Car took my truck in and had it back to me at the end of the same business day. Problem was fixed and it was washed and cleaned. Frustrating to have problems on a new truck but couldn’t be happier with the service. I was given priority treatment in a rushed situation and they made sure I was on my way. It makes it hard to shop anywhere else when I get service like this from Rhineland Car. Really appreciate the small town service I get whenever I stop by. Thanks to Jim and all the staff for great service and care.
