I would give this place a 3.5 stars if Google allowed half stars. Had to line up for around 10 minutes before I was able to order. They have all sorts of different parts of the goose, duck, pork to order. We got half a goose and 1 shredded chicken as it was on special. I thought the price was pretty good for the amount that you get. The half a goose was enough for 6 people to eat with leftovers. The flavours are pretty good but we waited a little too long 30 minutes to eat it as the skin was no longer crispy. The shredded chicken wasn't too salty and the portion was not bad for the price. Tip: if you are looking for goose intestines - they sell them. Great for hotpot
BBQ Goose is not that tasty as I expect, 2 pcs. Of BBQ GOOSE are too salty. BBQ Duck is tasty than BBQ Goose. It is OK.Food: 3/5
We purchased a pipa duck here once a few weeks back; the skin was crispy and was most tasty. We prefer the pipa duck as it is not as fatty. Recently we purchased a few more times and the duck has been disappointing; it appears the duck was not cooked evenly. The skin was not crispy with lots of grease remaining between skin and meat!
I ate goose for the first time in my life. Thank you for the deliciousness, RGK, and thank you to my fiancé’s mom for bringing over goose to our home! How are there so many bones? The amount of bones we removed from the goose could fill up the take-out box.
Juicy roast goose. Way better that what you get in Hong Kong. The Pork BBQ was full of flavour. Very satisfied
A brand new renovated restaurant under new ownership formly mk chop bbq house. This is one of the rare places that sells authenic BBQ goose from China. The flavour is amazing! It costs more than the usual bbq duck but you get so much more protein and its lean. They sell out daily so I recommend ordering before 4pm.

First visit today. Bought a full roast goose. Contrary to most places I've been to in GV, this is not too salty and not too sweet!! Wow!! Thank you!! Note that the goose is quite chewy and pretty lean. Next time I'll try the duck... Reply to owner's reply: I always complain that in Vancouver or Richmond, things are way too sweet. I'm very grateful that you're not following that insane trend. Thank you again! Looking forward to next time which might not be very soon because it's a bit far from where I live. Edit: Went back once and tried the roast duck. Awesome duck. Will go back again if nearby. Would go much more often if it was less far from home.
Friendly service. Casual. Atmosphere is pretty non descriptive but it shouldn't stop you from visiting. BBQ pork is good and one of the best Iced Teas with sliced lemons.
Sunday afternoon and I was looking for barbecue duck and noodle soup. I decided to stop by East 41st and Victoria Drive. After looking for several restaurants, finally decided to try this hole in a wall shop. There were only two customers. The single person serving, probably the wife and the husband tending the chop coumter. The lady speaking good English and told her I want barbecue pork and duck with egg noodle soup. She understood my order. She immediately served me tea. Hot and very good. I also ordered steam Yo choy. My barbecue noodle soup arrived steaming hot, just the way I like it. Lots of barbecue and noodle and vegetable. My tea was refilled fast. The steam Yo choy came fast and very generous for $3.99. Very good food, fast and efficient service. My bill... $15.75. SO CHEAP. THIS WOMAN DESERVES HUGE TIP.****
