Rexdale Medical Clinic

Dr. Divakar has been my family doctor over a year now. She is very kind, understanding, detail oriented and highly knowledgeable. She always has a smile when we walk in and I appreciate the compassion and positivity she poses on our each visit. We never feel that the doctor rushing us out of the door to see the next patient. The front desk staff also do a great job on scheduling appointments and addressing concerns. I will highly recommend anyone to go to Dr. Divakar.

Dr. Divakar is my family doctor for about 1 1/2 years at Burlington clinic. In my opinion, she is friendly, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Due to Covid 19, I am unable to see Dr. Divakar in person for my appointments, only telephone consultations, but her diagnoses are right on-point after I described the problems, and she prescribes the medications that work wonderfully. I am very comfortable to talk about my health issues with Dr. Divakar as she listens and cares. Thank you Dr. Divakar. You are the best!

Pathetic! Dr Divakar is the most arrogant and rude doctor I have come across. She rushes the appointments when she knows she is late! If you ask her anything she will tell you to book another appointment. The staff don’t communicate amongst themselves! One receptionist advised she will follow up with the doctor, after a week I call to get the updates, the receptionist says she wasn’t aware of it! It has honestly been a waste of time and money! I wish I could give negative stars!

Most pathetic clinic ever. I was a patient of Dr Tarunveer Bakshi. Now after 2 months I called the clinic to ask for my refill and they said Dr Bakshi doesnt work there anymore. I mean isnt it the doctor's or clinic's responsibility to inform me. Most pathetic services ever. Please do not go there. They leave you high and dry when you need them.

Dr. Divakar is a great doctor. I have to commend her. I’ve been a patient of hers for over 2 years and she really takes the time to sit and talk with you. I recommend her if your looking for a female physician that’s caring and diligent. She’s has gone above and beyond for my family and I, she’s expectional!

I am writing this after my two visits to this clinic. Both times with Dr. Tarunveer Bakshi and I will highly recommend him. He is very professional and polite and listened to me thoroughly without rushing. He responded to all my concerns with compassion and patience. I will not hesitate to see him if I need to visit next.

Dr. Divakar is the best doctor I have ever seen and is very knowledgeable and is always listening - wait times are near to none existent and she spent as much time as I needed to help me out. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to this clinic - staff are warm and friendly and the doctor matches that!

TERRIBLE DOCTORS OFFICE! I had to speak to 4 different people just to cancel an appointment they had me down for that THEY forgot to cancel! Dr. Divakar is the WORST doctor I have ever seen! She speaks down to you, is short tempered, and refuses to answer questions, then get's upset when you don't ask her any! I would give this place a 0 if I could, DO NOT GO HERE! In total I only ever booked 3 appointments with this clinic 1 I missed, and called about saying I was hoping to reschedule, 1 in person, and 1 phone call appointment. For them to say I did not show up multiple times is an outright lie, as I needed to attend these appointments for school. Not once did I ever become "abusive" to the staff who work there as I have nothing but respect for frontline workers, especially during COVID-19. But as soon as I missed 1 appointment by 30 mins, which I called about immediately and apologized for, hoping to reschedule I was treated like garbage. I ended up going to a different doctors office to request a fax from Rexdale Medical Clinic in order for myself to receive my medical records for school and Rexdale told me they never received the fax requests even though I watched the other doctors office send the requests twice, on two different occasions I finally ended up telling Rexdale to "forget about it" and changed doctors after the Rexdale Medical Clinic would not give me access to my medical records.

Dr. divakar is good family doctor, soft spoken, respectful and listens to her patients, moreover she speaks English and Hindi. we are very much satisfied with her services. I strongly recommend her for family doctor, even girls on reception are well behaved.
