Came to pick up a pre ordered prescription the other night. Usually the drive through is closed. That's fine. They usually post a sign so you know. That night it was open, and as I pulled in another customer was being served at this window. The customer finishes their transaction and leaves. We pull up. There are other customers inside so understandingly we wait. Five minutes go by. Ten minutes go by, no adknowledgement of our presence. No "gimme a minute". Fifteen minutes go by. Twenty minutes have passed and I am fuming. I park the car and enter, heading for the pharmacy. I tell them "you really should put a sign up if you don't want to help people in the drive through! I just waited twenty minutes." Dumb founded and stunned the pharmacist replied back to me "there actually is a call button.." No, I'm sorry! No wow how can I help you now that your here? Just plain excuses. This is the last time I will shop here or place a medication order. Ridiculous. Hire more staff, or at least some good workers...

I have never used the pharmacy but I have shopped here for other items. Cosmetics section is pretty decent with great selection. I do find the overall layout a bit confusing and hard to navigate though.

To Nora and demi What wonderful and caring people, they go above and beyond to make my experience with them unforgettable. They have smiles up to their ears and may be under staffed but they pull through for me all the time. Please let them know how helpful they have tried to be instead of yelling at them Sincerely, ur good friend cadia

REALLY unorganized and understaffed. Different pharmacist each time you go in and just seems to be not functionally properly.
