Love the new pharmacy look. The gal who does the vaccinations is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is also proactive and takes an interest in your overall health. The new guy at the pharmacy is super friendly and helpful. And Paz has always been helpful.
Have really liked this pharmacy for years, we don’t even live nearby but drive to this location. Unfortunately the last two times we have gone it’s not been a great experience. There is a younger, female pharmacist who has been at that location lately & both times she has spoken down to us & was very rude. Today she recommended going back to our dr for a different medication, which is fine, I appreciate the advice, but when I asked her if she could write down the option she recommended so I didn’t get it wrong, she literally snarled at me.
Rexall Strathcona is the closest Rexall to our neighborhood. It has convenient parking and is close proximity to Sobeys.nnInside, the store has 4 distinct areas: cosmetics, pharmacy, grocery, and post office. Usually, I am here for the post office and grocery areas. The post office staff are nice and efficient. My parcels are received and shipped with professionalism.nnThe grocery is interesting. I actually found that the Rexall store brand of chips is delicious. They are thin and crispy. This is mainly why I come back regularly. As well, this Rexall carries some unique products including the officially licensed Mr. Dress-Up Christmas ornament!nnShop here if you're in the area as you may never know what you find here.
Longtime patron of this location - all of the staff has always been incredibly kind and helpful. Shoutout especially to Jinky, Ayden, and Robin. However; the assistant manager, Femmy sorry if I spelled her name wrong! lacks empathy, professionalism, and basic customer service adeptness. I feel surprised that she is in a management role given her disposition and demeanour when talking to customers. Go to Shoppers if you need any pharmacy needs and skip this store.
I recently had the pleasure of working with this pharmacist -Jessie. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I had the right medication. She filled my prescriptions quickly and accurately, and made sure I understood how to take my medication properly. She also went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with the process and had all the information I needed. I highly recommend Jessie and this pharmacy
