I have been training with Jack at Revolution for over two years and during that time not only has my body changed but I have changed my entire outlook to fitness. Where once I would never have set foot in a gym I now have increased confidence and really enjoy training. I really look forward to my sessions and also now train on my own at weekends.which I would never have done before starting here. Jack is a great motivator and really understands when to push me to ensure I reach my potential. I find all of the PTs at Revolution friendly and approachable, there is a great atmosphere and at no time have I ever felt self conscious. This is what all personal training should be.
Absolutely love Revolution. Ebony has been my personal trainer for a year and she has really helped me to achieve my fitness goals pushed me to really wanting to do more. She has put together great meal plans and workouts to do on my own. I absolutely love coming here each week and every trainer is so friendly. First session, George was great, really friendly down to earth guy. You can sense his passion for the job and he is driven in his approach, really taking his time to get to know the client and their needs. Would thoroughly recommend, the team at Revolution are there to back you throughout your fitness journey. It isnt like any other gym where your a number, you are an individual and the service received is personable and tailored to the client. All the staff at Revolution are experts within their field and you can guarantee you will be receiving a top class service.
I started my 12 week plan with Lucy in November 2019, and plan to keep going throughout 2020. I've worked with her and the team before and it was such a great experience for me, I had to start again. Having a personal trainer, in a studio rather than a gym, has a real impact on your mental health too. Every one is there because they want a change and want to achieve something. No one is looking at you, no one is judging. We're all there for the same reason, so it brings a really positive vibe into the room. The trainers are so friendly and nice to talk to. Going yo Revolution is my favourite part of my week.
I have been training at Revolution with Adrien for almost a year. I actively recommend going to a Personal Trainer to all my friends because I have found it is the best way to get good results and it was definitely what kickstarted a much healthier mindset for me, not just in terms of sport/movement but also influencing healthier eating and a healthier lifestyle in general. It is a joy working with Adrien, as your Personal Trainer he makes lessons challenging but fun, changing exercises constantly so it never becomes routine. He is patient, kind and his beautiful positive nature always shines through. I find him very motivating and always gives good feedback so you can improve quickly. He is great at what he does and I thoroughly recommend him. Revolution is a fantastic concept and the atmosphere feels a lot more relaxed than being in a regular gym so for ‘gym-phobic’ people like me it’s perfect.
Lucy has been brilliant as my personal trainer at the revolution in Brighton. I have been so motivated that I have consistently gone for 3 sessions a week and always looking forward to the next session. Gym as always been boring to me but I find the sessions with Lucy very exciting with different exercises every time. The staff very welcoming and friendly too. Very good place to be.
I have been with Revolution for 18 months now. I achieved my initial weight loss goals, and since then my Personal Trainer Jack has pushed me to work harder and get fitter than I imagined I could. The studio has a great atmosphere -all the trainers are really friendly and supportive and encourage each others' clients. Revolution also arrange monthly challenges which make you feel like part of a team. I recommend Revolution to anyone who wants to get fit in a supportive environment.
