If I could give this Honda dealership zero stars I would. Purchased a brand new car in 2013 and was promised the best service when required from the shop. I had wanted to purchase a domestic vehicle but was sold on the Honda dream by the salesperson. Over the years it’s been hit or miss for service but the last request for an appointment due to an issue with the vehicle I was told it was a five week wait. There wasn’t any apology only excuses that they were short staffed. Oddly enough this dealership is owned by a larger company that has multiple dealerships. I received an apology email with a promise for a follow up phone call which never was received. I’ve now brought the vehicle to another dealership down south and the service is possibly 1.5 out of 5 stars. I will never buy another Honda and will certainly never deal with this particular dealership on any sort of vehicle related purchase. My suggestion would be that they either address the issues at this dealership or just close it down. Do yourself a favour and buy a vehicle that you can get serviced within a reasonable amount of time from a competent business. To management: time to clean house right up to the upper management and hire competent staff.

The customer service at this Honda auto service was phenomenal- they went above and beyond to ensure my car was safe to continue driving (had issues on a road trip across Canada) even though they were about to close for the day. Tyson was extremely knowledgeable and quickly identified what was wrong with my car and fixed it promptly! Danielle (at the front) was super kind and efficient at her job! I really appreciate it!!!

Recently I done my servicing from Honda dealership Fort St. John B.c. I am very much disappointed with there services, service standard are way down.As I am honda customer for a decade and live in fort St. John for long time. Service manager at Honda very nice guy but he lie random and not very much productive he hold my vehicle for more then 2weeks and keep on giving me excuses about the parts delay, I ask them for courtesy vehicle to take my wife at Dawson hospital they denied I said fine. But when I got my vehicle after 2weeks I find it out I got lot of stuff missing under the hood and remote do not work, I went inside to talk to the manager but receptionist said our manager is not inside the building. What a customers service after I paid them $1073, then I spoken to the manager over the phone next day and request him to look at my remote start he reply to me we can do that with a fresh appointment and you have to pay, I said I just paid you the money my remote was working before vehicle broke down and you guys just change my starter and gasket it's part of you guys job to look at my remote. He don't want to fixed it , and I pissed and i phone Honda Canada about my experience, then Honda Canada phone Honda dealership at Fort St. John about the service they are providing, Honda Fort St. John service manager call me three times on my mobile and try to tell me why I phone honda Canada ? It cause his position reconsider and also tell me that I am banned from Honda dealership Fort St. John B.C. and I should get my service done from somewhere else. Another important thing folks they are try to hold the vehicle and making excuses about parts delay!! Because they make people fastrated, helpless and metaly push people to buy a new vehicle from them. Today I am again spending money to fixing my vehicle and remote start from somewhere else and it cost me money because they actually not done the proper work.

Revolution Honda went way beyond in customer service in helping me to get my 2016 Harley back on the road. due to a flat tire. They searched and found a tire arranged transportation for me to pickup the tire. And lastly arranged to have it installed after hours. I was back on the road home, from Anchorage Alaska. Thanks to Tracy in parts, Peter, and Drew for all their help. Great Dealer might just buy a Honda!

The parts lady that was on the phone is uneducated. I’m pretty sure she was a sales person when I went to try to get a vehicle but I couldn’t deal with the lack of knowledge so I just left. If she didn’t work there I might give them 4 stars
