Don’t know if it is me or what’s happening… I normally goes to the Aurora and the Markham location.. maybe I am so used to the friendly folks in those two locations, I found the folks in this location abit different. I wouldn’t say folks who work in this location are rude but pretty close to it without much friendly tone as if I am asking for free food… I went there two mornings and I got the same feelings. I guess ppl may have bad morning these days. It’s not the biggest concerns for me. The concern for me this time when I ordered a Super Açai smoothie from this location, it is quite watery in my opinion. I have this smoothie all the time in Aurora and Markham location so I felt the difference this time.. quite watery… I need to rush to work so I didn’t bother to go back and ask. Besides, I probably will stay away from this location. Edit Nov 2022- add another star from 2 since the owner seems do care about feedback and tries to do something to prevent it from happening again.
Best smoothies ever. My favourite is maca power and their matcha lattes. Every baked good / salad / wrap is unreal too. If you’re looking for super clean, healthy, delicious products Revitasize is the best 10/10
The booster shots and juices are amazing here. You'd be surpised at how much these products do. I had low energy levels recently...and they had the right fix for me. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Glad they're close to where I live.
Interiors are nice and loved that there are so many options to choose from. I also love the option of being able to make your own bowl and getting to choose your own toppings. I tried the master bowl, which I found was delicious but there could've been more.
Power bowl is amazing…. But that vegan cheesecake. Insane! Highly recommend this spot.
Melanie was very helpful in resolving an order issue for us. Mistakes happen, and how you resolve them goes a long way with customers. We are regular customers and we appreciate the excellent shakes, soups, desserts, etc that your establishment provides.
Their smoothies are ok. A little watered down and lack flavour. What's best about this location are the health "shots." When I'm not feeling well their health drinks or shots are fantastic. As mentioned I'm not to keen on a $10 smoothie that barely has flavour. Edit: funny things havnt changed. Watered down smoothies and higher prices. Stay away from the smoothies at this location.
I came in here yesterday and I asked for the peanut butter bowl and asked if I could get almond butter instead- along with, "Will there be an extra charge?" She had no problem doing it for me, and confirmed there wouldn't be an extra charge. I came today and this employee name Sydney, seemed to have a problem, "It’s not called the almond butter bowl, it’s called the peanut butter bowl”. Then she said she was going to charge me for the almond butter. I told her the lady yesterday didn’t have a problem doing it for me. I took it to go. When I got home it didn’t taste like yesterdays at all. There was no type of butter inside when I ate it. I am a frequent customer for this business and it’s a shame when I’ve seen Sydney talk to customers they way she does. It never happened to me until today. Bowls are mediocre when she makes them. It seems they have great products, but lack customer service. This could hurt a business if you have frequent customers and you don’t take care of them.
I tried the Kale+Spinach+Protein+Celery+Otherstuff fresh juice and while I could logically understand the combination of these things are healthy, I did not taste anything particularly pleasurable, as is often the case with "healthy" juice bars. If you are expecting similarity to Jugo Juice, Booster Juice, or the like, don't. These juice bars pride themselves on healthy, cleansing drinks with Kale, Wheatgrass, Brocolli, Watercress, and other exotic plants as ingredients.
Great juices and friendly staff. Be sure to sign up for a card as buying juices in bulk saves a lot. Also be sure to bring bottles back, they give you $1 credit per bottle.
