We stopped in with a flat tire just outside of Revelstoke & they were quick to give us a spare and set up a situation to overnight us a tire for my car. since it was the holidays it didn’t work out and they ended up just giving us the spare to get to our family for christmas. Honestly, the customer service was outstanding. You could feel the empathy with all the staff & they helped us out big time.
Amazing service. We had a blow out on a trailer on our way through town. Called ahead and they were able to get us in for two tires and a valve stem on the spare immediately. Couldn’t get any better. Thanks.
We blew 2 tractor tires 72 kms out of Revelstoke we limped into Revelstoke and called Trail Tire Commercial Truck on a Sunday after hours phone number I talked to Curtis hesaid he'd be there in 10 to 15 minutes and he was. He pulled us into the bay and had us on our way in less than an hour. The service and professionalism we received from Curtis was outstanding. I have put your business card on our Movers page so drivers know who to contact should they have a tire issue. Again outstanding service. Thank you.
Gonna give this place two stars because they had what we came for, but Mitch is one of the rudest and most self-absorbed people we have ever dealt with, when traveling in Canada. Complete jerk!!!
After a night of partying at the legion I woke up to a leak in my tire boo drove down to trail tire and they were 10/10. So helpful, fixed er up and was ready to get back to Calgary safely. Definitely stop in for all of your tire needs.
Stopped by to make sure that safety is first, my tire gauge was giving suspicious readouts. Mitch was very accommodating and made sure I was good to go Grateful for the double check before driving on tires that possibly weren't safe
Called in as I got an inside flat on my RV dually. Booked for 1pm on a Saturday, but limped in early, and they had it done by 11am! Ended up buying four new tires, good deal and riding like a dream. Thanks to M and team for getting it done.
always nice to find a friendly and reasonably priced service center when travelling. We had a tire on our RV trailer go flat so needed help quick...the got at it right away and even had stock of that trailer tire as it needed to be replaced. In less than two hours we had a new tire ready to go...and at a great price!
These guys saved the day /week/start of the year for me.. Was trying to head east in a snowstorm and my tires weren't making it thru the conditions, Revy was getting hammered with snow.. called them up at 8am and had new tires on by noon.. They recommended just doing the front tires because it was FWD and would obviously be half the price. Can't thank the crew here enough for going above and beyond
I had a flat passing through rev. These guys took me in prompt. From the time I hit the flat to the time I was back on the road was less than half hour. Crazy. !! Class act all the way. All that for 40 ish bucks. Way to go.
