The place that Gnocchi that apparently beat the famous chef Bobby Flay. A good court location selling high end restaurant dishes. For about $25 including taxes the full order of Truffle Gnocchis come drenched in a butter and cream sauce with lots of truffle mushrooms and topped with olive oil, some Parmesan cheese and parsley. The Mrs. and kid loved it. The texture of the gnocchi not dry. Soft pillowy and perfect in every way. Way to unhealthy I am sure. The quantity itself when you see is quite less, however if you eat the entire dish I am sure you will meet or exceed your calories and fat intake in one meal for the day - that good.
Excellent Burgers might not be the healthiest buns but they are worth every bite. Would definitely go back! The fries are crispy and the staff are friendly. During lunch time there will be a long line waiting but their service is fast so don’t worry.
Ordered the mushroom truffle gnocchi. It was so delicious but my only concern is the difference in portion size. I've ordered both sizes before and sometimes it doesn't seem like the full size is any bigger than the half. But aside from that the food and service is amazing.
Can't believe this place won top burger for 2018 from Toronto Life. There was absolutely no love in the preparation of the burger. They didn't make it any better when they rammed the burger in a bag. Absolutely no presentation. The sauce they put on the burger is a joke. No flavour whatsoever. It's just runny mayonnaise that's red in colour and black pepper. They put barely any pickles on it and a tiny bit of onion with lettuce. No ketchup or mustard, which is fine if you have an awesome sauce but theirs is horrible. The portion of the fries was the only saving grace and they were served extra hot. I would never go back here.
I was told to try the truffled gnocchi. Fantastic great taste not your typical over powered truffle smell and flavor Well balanced and delicious.
This place is fantastic! It’s located in the assembly chefs hall and there is usually a line up at this place. I had the gnocchi which was amazing!!!!!! The kale salad is also fantastic as well. All things in the menu are amazing, especially the burger!!!!!
While eating the burger it was really bitter. I thought only the outside of the burger is burned but then when i checked the inside the burger later, i realized that inside is realllllly burned. I don't get why they made the burger like this to the customer. This burger with fries costed about over 16 dollars + tax. I will never go there again
Look those frites!!! Parmesan cheese and truffle oil. That’s all you need to know to pick this place to have an amazing burger.
Let Resto Boemo demonstrate that what makes an amazing burger isn't how complex it is, but attention to detail, quality of ingredients, and good seasoning. At it's heart, the Double B burger the only burger you should get is only cheese, lettuce, onions and sauce. Sound familiar? It's a Big Mac without the middle bun, and it's the way that a Big Mac is supposed to taste. When you bite into the burger, you feel a flavour explosion from the beef and the seasoning, and it just melts in your mouth. Before you know it, the burger is gone, and you're left to munch on the amazing fries while you reminisce about how good the burger was. Let's be real. The Double B burger at Boemo is one of the best burgers in the city, and is a major reason alone to check out the entire Assembly Chef's Hall.
The charred crunch within the meat made everything worthwhile. Speedy delivery with a limited room for customization leaves the authentic flavour swimming in your mouth. While a little pricey, I confidently acknowledge that this was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Their secret sauce perfectly compliments the charred patty, bun, and cheese you’re provided with. The skinny cut fries are to die for. I have no idea how they make them but the flavour is definitely everlasting. I would recommend this place to anyone a thousand times over if you’re in the market for a great burger. Big thanks to the chefs and kitchen staff for pulling it off. Hats off.
