This is one of the best Lafleur's I have been too. The staff is very friendly and extremely efficient. The food is freshly prepared and the restaurant and kitchen are clean.Food: 5/5
I brought my boys and boyfriend. I can't get over how much prices have increased. This is a very popular lafleur. We walked there. There is always many cars at drive through.Food: 4/5
The quintessential Quebec casse-croute experience with very friendly service. If the guy at the drive thru or cash taking your order calls you BOSS, that usually means they like you. Their poutine is to die for.
Good hot dogs and fries. A good alternative to major fast food chains. Decent service. As opposed to another franchise and I reviewed recently this place is clean and the service is good.
Not the smartest staff. One guy takes the money, the a girl comes to bring my phone and says I didnt pay. If you order a poutine at the drive thru, you never get a fork even if you ask. Place is pretty dirty also.
Sometimes the cashiers seem too bored to be there. Though the steamies are the best in montreal <3 fries on point. Good cheese curds for their poutine.Food: 5/5
Horrible service. People taking orders are very rude and mouthy towards customers. Especially the ones working 12/10/22 at 1:25pm. If you don’t like your job don’t work it’s simple!
The poutine is average, gravy lacks flavour, fries are too soft. Steamies are OK Place is clean. No sitting during pandemic.
I wanted to try to this place for the first time but the cashier never came to take my order. I asked a worker that I was ready to order but he told me to wait. I waited 10 minutes and I left. Poor customer service.
