Finally visited the acclaimed best sushi restaurant in town. Although it was a lunch service, I sat at the bar to admire the staff at work. I could tell they were meticulous from the way they carved and prepared their fish probably for the dinner service set up plates to send out, or even peeling carrots in a paper-like way.
Great food and great service. Expect to spend some $$, but when you're looking for high-end Japanese food you get what you pay for. Would go back when in Montreal, recommend.
